CASA Program of Delaware and Union Counties host a judicial panel each year. While the locations of each event change, the aim remains the same.

The Judicial Panel offers the opportunity to celebrate our volunteers, express our gratitude to our board of directors, and to ask questions of the Delaware and Union County bench as they relate to the best interest of abused and neglected children in Delaware and Union Counties.
